About Us
The Pointer and the Pin was founded on one driving principle: Doggy Daycare Done Right. We believe that every dog has individualized needs and deserves to be in an environment that promotes structured and meaningful play sessions tailored to each individual dog. We offer a class leading 5:1 dog to caretaker ratio, with each staff member being in charge of only 5 dogs per day. With this ratio we can individualize the dogs’ sessions throughout the day and ensure that dogs that require special handling, dogs that are reactive, or dogs that are generally nervous are socialized and interacted with in accordance with their personality.
We offer 3 levels of service that range from a fun day out of the house to competitive sport training and conditioning. We can assure you that whatever program you choose, your dog will come home well stimulated, tired and happy as can be. We strive to be your dog’s favorite place outside of your home.
